International Day of Yoga is coming up next week on Monday, June 21st, and we want to celebrate the movements that help us strengthen our bodies and minds.  Starting the day off right with a Sun Salutation or a few Cat/Cows and Child’s Poses to prep our bodies for daily movement are just part of the routine for us at Live & Thrive CA.
